Our Work

Supply Chain & WMS Infrastructure Modernization

Led a $10M physical and logical infrastructure program across 4 million square feet of distribution centers to support a Manhattan WMS migration. Rebuilt switching and firewall architecture using Cisco and Palo Alto across 60 IDFs, deployed 900 interior and exterior access points, and SD-WAN.

  • The Execution: Utilized rolling wave planning to mitigate change and complexity. Ran parallel wireless networks to facilitate early application testing, 80,000 feet of fiber, and exterior wireless POC to support yard management.

  • The Result: Transformed US DCs to set the global rollout standard for WMS infrastructure design, secured the wireless network, and deployed hundreds of RF devices using our newly designed MDM model.

Enterprise M&A Separation & Divestiture

Led a $3M, 18-month infrastructure separation a billion-dollar corporate carve-out. Directed campus data center build and move, boring to support physically diverse fiber backbone, related municipal permits, and a new site standup.

  • The Execution: Integrated cross-company infrastructure and application plans to ensure TSA compliance. Redesigned fiber, disentangled ~2,000 connections, deployed new SD-WAN, and rolled out wireless in waves.

  • The Result: Successfully separated NewCo, delivering a resiliently designed infrastructure. The new site and campus data center were completed early to pull forward employee moves and reduce operational friction.

Global Infrastructure Life Cycle & Capital Planning

Direct multi-year asset refresh planning, risk mitigation, budgeting, and execution for a global footprint of ~250 sites. Maintain an 18-month forward-looking forecasting model to predict, quantify, and control EOSL tech debt and risks.

  • The Execution: Using a hybrid framework, we combine predictive program governance with a dedicated core team and adaptive execution. Budget planning is aligned with the Annual Strategic Review to influence approvals.

  • The Result: Active projects (~30 sites) and planning portfolios are centralized into dashboards, providing stakeholders with real-time project status, site infrastructure health, and forward-looking budgets.
